ETA Star Hospitality opens StarBoutique Hotel Apartments

ETA Star Hospitality, the hospitality arm of ETA Star Properties, a leading property developer in the UAE, has officially opened its hotel apartment venture StarBoutique Clock Tower, announced during a press conference held today at the new 90-apartment creek-side tower venue.

As a first-of-its-kind project for the premier property developer, StarBoutique Clock Tower has been constructed to satisfy Dubai’s burgeoning demand for fully serviced hotel apartments that combine personalized home-style hospitality with luxurious hotel amenities. ETA Star to make its debut at MIPIM in Cannes

ETA STAR has announced that it will debut at MIPIM, the 17th World?s Property Market Exposition to be held at Palais Des Festivals, Cannes, France, from March 14-17, 2006, in order to consolidate its growing presence in European Union. During the exhibition, ETA Star will demonstrate some of its major projects such as the 23 Marina and the Liberty House. In addition, the company will highlight an undisclosed high profile hospitality project. MIPIM, the World?s Property Market, is the primary market for members of the international property trade. Designed for senior-level decision makers within the real estate market who want to develop their business within their domestic markets, as well as internationally, MIPIM is the ideal forum in which to forge new business contacts. Two contracts awarded for developments worth AED 800 M

ETA Star, the first freehold property developer in the region to receive an ISO 9001: 2000 certification, moved forward with its premier twin projects – The Centrium in the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) and Al Manara located at Business Bay – after handing out construction contracts for its projects with development value worth AED 800 million to M/S Ascon and Civil Co.

ETA Star sealed a deal with Civil Co. for the construction of The Centrium, a sprawling 4 tower apartment complex that will sit at the heart of the IMPZ on the Emirates Road. For the construction of the Al Manara project, a luxurious one-stop business centre, which is the first commercial venture by a private developer in the prestigious Business Bay, ETA Star has tapped the services of M/S Ascon.

With the enabling foundations of both projects completed late last year by the Dutch Foundation, ETA Star now focuses on the construction of the main structures. The Centrium expected to be ready by May 15, 2009, and the Al Manara by January 10, 2009.

ETA Star has announced impressive sales of The Grandeur Residences at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent, with the substantial portion of the Mughal Block of the project being sold out within a month of launch. The company has now officially opened for sale the Maurya Block, which is expected to evoke similar response from regional and international investors.

ETA Star awards AED 30 million worth of contracts

ETA Star, the first freehold property developer in the region to receive an ISO 9001: 2000 certification, has awarded contracts worth AED 30 million for enabling foundation works for two of its premier projects ? The Centrium in the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) and Al Manara located at Business Bay.

The enabling works contracts for the two projects were awarded to Dutch Foundation, which was also awarded similar contracts for ETA Star?s Goldcrest Executive and Goldcrest Views-2 projects at Jumeirah Lake Towers. The enabling works on Al Manara is scheduled for completion by the first week of October this year, while work on The Centrium is expected to be complete by November.

ETA Star launches AED 1.2 billion Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residences

ETA Star launched the AED 1.2 billion Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residences, located at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent.

The projects are being launched in partnership with the world-renowned Taj Group of Hotels. The ground breaking ceremony, marking the commencement of construction for the project, was held today at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent and was attended by dignitaries who included Ratan Tata, Chairman, Tata Group and Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, Nakheel.

Residents of Palladium and Belvedere learn to Eat right

ETA Star Properties recently organized an interactive ‘Eating right’ session for residents of Palladium (JLT) and Belvedere (Dubai Marina).

The ‘Eating right’ session was conducted by Sobia Amir, a certified nutritionist from Simply Healthy. ‘Simply Healthy’ is an established concept in the U.A.E that encourages individuals to live a healthy & active lifestyle. Simply Healthy offers a variety of well balanced, healthy meals accompanied by advice from in-house dietitians, who will also help achieve weight loss.

According to Mitun De Sarkar, founder of Simply Healthy ‘In today’s world where everyone is pressed for time it is all the more important to commit to a diet that will help sustain our energy levels through the day and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We at Simply Healthy help individuals achieve a balance between mind & body by eating right. ‘

The session held on the evening of 19th December and saw participation from the residents of both Palladium and Belvedere. According to Ms. Nina Naderi, a resident at Palladium ‘I believe that it is very important to eat right in order to stay active and healthy. To this end I found the session very informative and valuable.’
