Pre-inspection of Goldcrest Views 2 expected to commence soon

Star Giga Establishment expects to invite customers of Goldcrest Views 2 for pre-inspection during mid December 2009. The 39-storey tower, designed around a rectangular plan, offers a spectacular lakeside and island view from the apartments, on all levels. The building has a bold, contemporary style with strong visual elements. The design of the “Fins”, which characterize Goldcrest buildings, move closer to each other as they stretch skywards. The tower will be one of the many freehold towers being built at the the Jumeirah Lakes Towers next to the Emirates Golf Club near the Dubai Metro station. It is being built in plot J1, next to Bonnington Tower (J3) and was designed by WS Atkins & Partners. Gold crest Views 2 will have 39 floors and 439 freehold residential apartments consisting of studios, 1, 2, 3-bedroom units. Amenities at Goldcrest Views 2 include ground floor shopping and retail space, adult and children swimming pools, recreation area, fitness club etc Meanwhile residents are swiftly moving into the the recently delivered Goldcrest Executive which is next to The Palladium on Sheikh Zayed Road.

ETA Star registers substantial sales at TEXMAS event

ETA Star, in association with Milan Real Estate recently held a special luncheon for the Textile Merchants Group (TEXMAS) at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel on 31 May 2006. A hundred and fifty strong TEXMAS contingent, led by the Chairman, Mr.Ashok Sawlani, were given an exclusive presentation by ETA Star on special investment opportunities. The event was an unprecedented success posting impressive sales and garnering considerable appreciation. Mr. Mohammed Ali, ETA Management Executive and the Indian Consul General of Dubai, His Excellency Mr.Yash Sinha were also present to grace the marketing event. Another milestone for 23 Marina

Hircon International LLC, a joint venture between the leading Hiranandani group and ETA Star properties, have received the much awaited building permit for their iconic tower 23 Marina coming up at Dubai Marina. The construction work for the tower has taken a fast pace to build on the dream tower which on completion would be one of the tallest exclusively residential buildings in the world.

The tower has its foundation complete which takes it to the commencement of the superstructure work. DCE, has been entrusted with the superstructure works. Dubai Civil Engineering is a group of the Al Hamad Contracting Company, which is one of the leading companies engaged in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Dubai the Northern Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain and Kingdom of Jordan.

Hircon International has awarded a contract over half a billion dirhams to Dubai Civil Engineering (DCE) to build the 90 storey tower that will offer residents a choice of superior quality two and three bedroom apartment and four bedroom duplexes deigned for an elite and luxurious lifestyle.
