The Grandeur Residences : Maurya Block released

July 20, 2009

ETA Star has announced impressive sales of The Grandeur Residences at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent, with the substantial portion of the Mughal Block of the project being sold out within a month of launch. The company has now officially opened for sale the Maurya Block, which is expected to evoke similar response from regional and international investors.

Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said, ‘The pace at which the Mughal Block was sold out was certainly heartening and we are confident that the Maurya Block will also have an overwhelming response. The interest generated by the project hasn’t come as a surprise to us, given that The Grandeur Residences at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa is one of the most prestigious projects in Dubai, and is on the same league as the Burj Dubai in terms of lifestyle benefits and pricing. Another crucial factor that was instrumental in generating so much interest in this project was the launch of Star Select Club, an exclusive channel management initiative for select agent partners. Since the launch of the program our agent’s contribution has increased substantially.’

ETA Star recently participated in the Jeddah International Real Estate and Financial Exhibition (JIREX), held from 19th to 23rd February, 2006. The Centrium and other high profile projects from ETA Stars portfolio were exhibited.

In a strong indication of the continued robust growth of the property market in Dubai, the launch of ETA Stars The Centrium – a unique residential project targeted at salaried professionals has met with phenomenal success, in JIREX.

The success of The Centriums launch in JIREX, is proof that the property boom in Dubai is here to stay, said Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star. There have recently been views expressed in some quarters that the real estate market in Dubai is softening. The overwhelming investor response to ?The Centrium? puts to rest all such speculation and underscores the continued robustness of Dubais real estate market.

The response to The Centrium is also indicative of the overwhelming demand for affordable housing not just in the UAE but also in other GCC countries. The project is designed to afford salaried professionals residing in GCC countries a unique lifestyle at an extremely affordable price, Junaid added.
