ETA STAR participates at International Property Show by showcasing The Centrium

ETA Star is setting up to showcase its premium projects at Stand 202 in the International Property Show 2006. The comprehensive annual trade exhibition for international and Middle East property markets will be held as part of the International Property Week at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) from February 21st-23rd, 2006. The Show is being organized by Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions in co-operation with The Domus Group.

Repeat exhibitor ETA Star will be promoting ?The Centrium?, a unique residential project located on the Emirates Road at the heart of the International Media Production Zone. The project offers buyers refunds of up to 50 percent rent outlay for two years through a ?Rent Back offer? which will be a first of its kind in the Middle East property market.
